Do you ship your amplifiers and pedals internationally?
Yes, we ship Fortin Amps products worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the weight of the items.
What is the standard lead time for boutique amplifiers?
Our high-performance amplifiers are often built to order or in small batches. Please allow 4-6 weeks for production and testing before your unit is dispatched, unless the item is marked as 'In Stock'.
What is your return policy for electronic equipment?
We offer a 14-day return window for pedals and accessories in original condition. Due to their specialized nature, custom amplifiers may be subject to a restocking fee. Please contact support before initiating a return.
Does my Fortin product come with a warranty?
All new Fortin products are covered by a limited warranty. Pedals typically carry a 1-year warranty, while amplifiers include a 2-year warranty on craftsmanship and a 90-day warranty on vacuum tubes.
Can I use a 110v amplifier in a 220v country?
Most of our amplifiers are built with universal or switchable power transformers. Please check the specific product manual or the back panel of your unit before plugging in to ensure the voltage selector is correctly set.
